During pregnancy, i suggest that a pregnant women take a nutrients foods contain with protein, calcium, iron, carbohydrates, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin b6, vitamin B12, vitamin D, folic acid, and fat. To eat well during pregnancy you must do more than simply increase how much you eat. You must also consider what you eat. Although you need about extra calories a day — especially later in your pregnancy, when your baby grows quickly — those calories should come from nutritious foods so they can contribute to your baby's growth and development.

Eat about 400 more calories a day during your pregnancy. Keep in mind that pregnancy involves eating for two, so both of you need to be fed. Try eating healthy foods like fresh produce and lots of lean protein.
